5 Stages Filtration:
1. Box Carbon Filtration:
● This stage utilizes a high-quality activated carbon filter housed in a box-shaped cartridge.
● The activated carbon efficiently removes chlorine, chemicals, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the water.
● It effectively reduces unpleasant tastes and odors, resulting in cleaner and fresher-tasting water.
2. Net Carbon Filtration:
● The net carbon filtration stage further enhances water quality by employing another layer of activated carbon.
● This stage focuses on refining the taste and odor of the water by adsorbing remaining impurities and contaminants.
● It targets residual chlorine, herbicides, pesticides, and other organic compounds, ensuring the water is purer and more palatable.
3. Taste & Odor Filtration:
● This specialized filtration stage is designed specifically to address taste and odor issues in the water.
● It utilizes advanced filtration media capable of targeting and eliminating specific compounds responsible for unpleasant tastes and odors.
● By effectively removing residual odors and flavors, this stage contributes to producing water that is crisp, clean, and enjoyable to drink.
4. PP Filtration:
● The PP (Polypropylene) filtration stage involves the use of a sediment filter made of fine polypropylene fibers.
● This filter is highly effective at trapping and removing suspended particles such as sand, silt, rust, and other sedimentary impurities.
● By capturing these larger particles, the PP filter prevents them from reaching subsequent filtration stages, thereby prolonging the life and efficiency of the system.
5. RO Membrane Filtration:
● The Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane is the heart of the filtration process, responsible for removing the majority of dissolved solids, heavy metals, and contaminants.
● In this stage, water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane at high pressure, allowing only pure water molecules to pass through while rejecting impurities.
● The RO membrane effectively removes contaminants such as lead, arsenic, fluoride, nitrates, and bacteria, producing exceptionally pure and safe drinking water.
